Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at Zenpack, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Your goal will be to increase sales and market share by promoting Zenpack’s innovative packaging solutions to a diverse range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create compelling sales pitches and presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Zenpack’s offerings.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the packaging industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Chinese/Mandarin proficiency is a plus

We are looking for a Project Manager (Packaging & Design) to oversee packaging and branding projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with a passion for packaging innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities

1. Project & Client Management
   • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing project expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
   • Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, deadlines, and budgets.
   • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, engineering, and production, to ensure strategic alignment.
   • Maintain proactive and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
2. Packaging Development & Production Oversight
   • Manage the entire packaging lifecycle, from ideation to mass production.
   • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and suppliers to source materials and optimize production costs.
   • Ensure packaging designs align with sustainability, compliance, and brand guidelines.
   • Oversee quality control processes, reviewing and approving production samples.
3. Budgeting & Cost Optimization
   • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising quality.
   • Work with clients to adjust project scope and costs as needed.
   • Negotiate with suppliers and production partners for cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
4. Problem-Solving & Risk Management
   • Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain project timelines.
   • Adapt project plans in response to unforeseen production or logistical challenges.
   • Ensure compliance with regulatory, sustainability, and shipping standards.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
   • Facilitate coordination between creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
   • Track key performance metrics and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
   • Research and implement new project management tools and workflow optimization strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Required:
   • 4+ years of project management experience in a design agency, branding firm, packaging company, or consumer goods industry (CPG, beauty, food & beverage, or tech).
   • Strong knowledge of packaging development, printing processes, and material sourcing.
   • Experience working with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers in packaging production.
   • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
   • Strong budgeting, negotiation, and cost management abilities.
   • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
   • Familiarity with sustainable packaging solutions is a plus.
2. Soft Skills:
   • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
   • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
   • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
   • Collaborative approach with a strong ability to work cross-functionally.
3. Preferred Backgrounds:
