This process starts with rigorous IQC (Incoming Quality Control), where we inspect all raw materials and components to ensure they meet specification before they enter the line. Quality is continuously maintained through in-line checks (IPQC/PQC) during manufacturing, and finalized with OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) audits before shipment. Should any complex or recurring issue arise, we utilize the 8D Problem Solving (Eight Disciplines) methodology—a team-oriented, structured approach used by quality engineers to quickly determine the true root cause (D4) and implement permanent corrective actions (D5), guaranteeing continuous improvement and process stability.
